Weight Loss Program
This is a very comprehensive program that takes place over 12 sessions.
Through the power of suggestion you will be able to follow your chosen eating and fitness plan and feel motivated to achieve and maintain your ideal body weight, the weight that is right for you.
The programme operates by reprogramming the subconscious mind, changing the automatic responses to food and instilling feelings of comfort , confidence and self-esteem.
You also receive a free tape after each session to continue with the program in-between our sessions.
Session one - The Foundation:The objective this week is to set a goal, learn how to go into hypnotic state, come up with 10 limiting beliefs, and turn those limiting beliefs into positive powerful affirmations.
Session Two - The Hunger Dial:You will learn to detect the difference between real hunger and emotional hunger.
Session Three - Screen of the Mind:In this session you will work with two screens . a screen with the way your weight is now and another screen that brings into reality.
Session Four - Access the Cause:In this session you will go back in time to the root of the problem.
Session Five - Drinking Water:The affect that water has on the body is enormous.
Session Six - Exercise:This week we will add exercise to the program.
Session Seven - Healthy Eating:This week we focus on healthy eating habits.
Session Eight - Metabolism:This week we will work with a hypnosis technique for turning up your metabolism.
Session Nine - Banish Old Patterns of Behaviour for Good:This week we will use N.L.P. This particular technique was originated by the famous Psychologist, Richard Bandler. It is called swish.
Session Ten - Melt Fat:In this session you will work with the inside your body; your fat cells.
Session Eleven - Reshaping Your Body:This week you will work with your body image, you will reinforce the respect you have for your body and all of your new eating, and exercise, and water drinking habits.
Session Twelve - Maintenance:Finally this week will summarize all you have been learning over the past eleven weeks. The suggestions will be around reinforcing the success that you have already achieved, as well as giving you additional motovation to keep going.
