I had counselling, including hypnotherapy and Past Life and LBL regressions, over a few months last year and my only regret is that it has taken me so long to write in this Guestbook and say a HUGE thank you to Christine for her help and guidance.
I really can't recommend this lady highly enough, she truly is amazing. I first visited her around three years ago now and had a couple of sessions which I did find helpful, but at the time I felt unable to open up about my problems, so I stopped going and struggled on alone until last year I finally felt I had to deal with my issues and was ready for some help.
I had no hesitation in going back to Christine, I'd known from the very first session that she would be able to help me but back then I was too frightened to face all the things that were troubling me and making my life a complete misery. To anyone reading this now who is unsure whether to take the plunge and ring for an appointment, I say GO FOR IT! Don't be scared like I was and wait until you're absolutely desperate, get help now and deal with whatever it is that's stopping you from being happy.
The counselling I recieved was invaluable and I have made some very big (and so far successful) changes in my life since sorting my head out (with Christine's expert guidance), and the extra dimension of the past life regressions and particularly the LBL, really was like the icing on the cake.
Now, as well as being able to handle my day to day life and actually be happy, not depressed or anxious anymore, the LBL has also given me a deeper understanding of the spritual side of life, that as others have already said, can't really be put into words to accurately do it justice. To say it was mindblowing is putting it mildly, I had been impressed by the past life regression experience but the LBL really is something else and I'd recommend it to anyone, especially if you're curious about Past Life regression and would like to take it even further. I promise you won't be disappointed!
Again, a BIG BIG thanks to Christine for everything, I will never ever forget it and I wouldn't hesitate to come and see you again if I needed further guidance. I doubt I would feel as happy and at peace as I do now if it weren't for you. THANK YOU!

I went for help from chistine just a month ago it was very scarey for me, but i am so pleased i did she is fantastic and so so understanding. We did one session of hypnotherapy and i felt so much better and i feel so confident now and much more secure with myself and others, amazing is the only word i can think of thankyou so much for helping me christine.
